Stetson Wright

Beaver, Utah

A member of the Wright family, Stetson Wright was born into a legacy. But name alone earns you nothing in the world of rodeo. Stetson is, of course, influenced and inspired by his title-holding father, Cody Wright, and brothers, Rusty and Ryder, but it’s safe to say he holds his own in bull riding and saddle bronc riding. Stetson made history when he took home 3 rookie titles in 2019, all around, saddle bronc and bull riding and then to top it off, he won the most prestigious title out there: All Around World Champion. And that was all in the same year. Stetson has accomplished more than most cowboys will in their entire careers, and he’s just getting started.

Who are your heroes? Who do you look up to?
My dad and JB Mauney are my heroes and I look up to both of them.
What haven’t you accomplished that you aspire to do in your lifetime
Win a world title
What part of you, or what you do, reflects a spirit of restlessness
Rodeo is a fast-paced and action-packed sport so you are always going hard and you hardly ever slow down. So the fact that it’s what I do and what I love reflects my spirit of restlessness.
